that I promised to clean up my room months ago —"I KNOW!!" (Visually acompanied by my well-practiced teenaged eye roll). So I'll put my big girl pants on and stop the excuses! Pictured is one of my 30 x 40 inch paintings I have been working on for probably the last two years! (I hear you saying "How can that be? It's just a bunch of gray paint and some boxes??") Eric can attest to this lengthy fact. But before I look entirely wayward, there are five more in progress as well. But the other ones I — no big surprise here — became frustrated with just as much as this one. So they have been on an equal rotation of a love-hate progression. Why did I use caution tape in the title? Because when I'm frustrated, Eric knows to stay out of my small alcove of a studio as if it's surrounded by tape.**Karen E., if you are reading this, no need to call! I know you're up at the crack of dawn, but remember, I get up about, oh, let's see... 5 hours later than you???
I love the picture!
