You can see from the image posted yesterday that the snow did some damage! Yesterday, you could not see our neighbor's house. Today you can see it. We got 10-12 inches and because it's only Fall, the leaves were still on the trees and with all that snow, it broke many branches of several lilac trees in the back yard and flattened a few large shrubs. We lost power for the evening. My cousin Joe is spending the night because he has no power. My brother said his power will be out for days. So we are feeling lucky that we are warm inside and have electricity so my husband can finish sanding parts for his upcoming workshops! (Chance is pictured off to the side, frolicking in the snow).
